Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken a rotisserie chicken works perfectly
  • 1 cup shredded cheese a blend of cheddar and mozzarella

  • 1 8x8 Baking Dish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo hot sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the shredded chicken and 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese until everything is evenly combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into an 8x8-inch baking dish or a 1-quart casserole dish. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.

Tip 1: For the creamiest dip, make sure your cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
