Prepare the Fillings
- Place bacon in a cold skillet and heat to medium. Cook until dark-red and crispy. Drain and chop into chunks.
- Whisk eggs with milk. In the same skillet (drained), cook eggs over medium-low heat until soft-curds form but are still slightly wet.
Assemble and Bake
- Separate crescent triangles. Place eggs, bacon, and cheese at the wide end and roll toward the point.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden-brown and cheese is melted.
- Brush hot rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley and cracked black pepper.
