Ingredients
  

For the BBQ Chicken & Wraps
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken a rotisserie chicken works great
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce use your favorite brand
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito size
For the Creamy Coleslaw
  • 1 package (14 oz) coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, and diced red onion. Stir until the chicken is fully coated.
  2. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and celery salt to create the dressing. Add the coleslaw mix and toss to combine.
  3. Warm the tortillas. Spoon a quarter of the BBQ chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla, followed by a generous topping of coleslaw.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Slice in half and serve immediately for the best texture.

Notes

Tip 1: For best results, don't assemble the wraps until you are ready to eat to prevent them from getting soggy.
