- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, and diced red onion. Stir until the chicken is fully coated.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and celery salt to create the dressing. Add the coleslaw mix and toss to combine.
- Warm the tortillas. Spoon a quarter of the BBQ chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla, followed by a generous topping of coleslaw.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Slice in half and serve immediately for the best texture.
