Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl or a large jar, mash the ripe banana until it's mostly smooth.
  2. Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until well combined.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats, chia seeds, and pinch of salt until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Divide the mixture between two jars, seal, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, stir well. Add a splash of milk if needed and top with your favorite toppings.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
