Ingredients

Ham and Cheese Sliders
  • 1 package (12 count) Brioche Slider Rolls Keep rolls connected
  • 1 lb (450g) Deli Ham Thinly sliced, honey or smoked
  • 8 oz (225g) Swiss Cheese Slices
  • 1/2 cup (115g) Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1 tbsp (15g) Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp (5g) Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp (2g) Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp (3g) Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tbsp (9g) Black Poppy Seeds

Equipment

  • 1 9x13 inch baking dish Or a rimmed baking sheet
  • 1 Serrated Knife For slicing rolls horizontally
  • 1 Pastry Brush Silicone works best

Method

Assembly
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Use a serrated knife to slice the block of brioche rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Fold the ham slices and layer them across the rolls. Top with an even layer of Swiss cheese slices, making sure the cheese reaches the edges for that bubbly droop.
  3. Place the top of the rolls over the cheese. Whisk together the melted butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, onion powder, parsley, and poppy seeds. Brush the glaze generously over the buns.
Baking
  1. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes to melt the cheese and heat the ham through.
  2. Remove the foil. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the buns are golden-brown and the cheese is bubbly and drooping over the sides.

Notes

Use a serrated knife for clean cuts without crushing the brioche.
Folding the ham creates better texture and helps the sliders hold together.
