- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate medium bowl, toss the dry stuffing mix with the melted butter and chicken broth until just moistened.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mixture evenly over the top of the chicken filling.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the filling is hot and bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- Let the casserole rest for 5-10 minutes before serving to allow it to set.
