Combine and Shake
- Add balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard to a clear glass jar. Stir or whisk until the honey is dissolved.
- Add the dried oregano, cracked black pepper, sea salt, whole garlic clove, and thyme sprig to the jar.
- Pour in the olive oil. Seal the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is a thick, uniform chocolate brown color.
