- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate or a small cast-iron skillet.
- Separate the 8 biscuits. Gently flatten each one to a 3-4 inch circle. Place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the seams tightly to seal completely. Place the bombs seam-side down in the prepared dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the dough balls. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, brush with any remaining butter, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
