- Using a serrated knife, slice the entire 12-pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally to create a top and bottom slab.
- Layer the grated sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack evenly across the bottom slab of rolls.

- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush the top slab of the rolls generously with the mixture.
- Place the sandwiches in a skillet over medium-low heat. Press down with a weight and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until the crust is golden-brown and cheese is melted.
