- Pour the blended mixture into a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir in the well-drained diced tomatoes with green chiles and the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Stir continuously for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the queso is heated through. Do not boil. Serve immediately.
