Preparation
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent charring.
- Cube chicken breast into 1-inch (2.5cm) pieces and pat thoroughly dry with paper towels.

- Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
- Thread chicken onto skewers. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear skewers for 3-4 minutes per side until dark charred edges appear.
- Brush the thick glaze onto the chicken during the final 3 minutes of cooking, flipping to ensure a glossy amber coating.
- Remove from heat and immediately top with a heavy sprinkle of sesame seeds and green onions.
