Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1 lb (450g) Pizza Dough Room temperature
  • 4 oz (115g) Deli Ham Thinly sliced
  • 4 oz (115g) Genoa Salami Thinly sliced
  • 4 oz (115g) Pepperoni Sliced
  • 2 cups (225g) Mozzarella Cheese Shredded or sliced
  • 3 tbsp (45g) Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1 tsp (3g) Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp (1g) Dried Oregano Divided
  • 2 tbsp (10g) Parmesan Cheese Finely grated

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet Heavy-duty for even browning
  • 1 Pastry Brush For applying the garlic butter wash
  • Parchment Paper To prevent sticking and catch cheese drips

Method

Prepare the Dough
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll the pizza dough on a floured surface into a 10x14 inch rectangle.
Layer and Roll
  1. Layer ham, then salami, then pepperoni, and finally the mozzarella, leaving a 1-inch border.
  2. Starting at the long end, roll the dough tightly and pinch the seams and ends to seal.
Wash and Bake
  1. Mix melted butter, garlic, and half the oregano. Brush over the dough. Top with parmesan and remaining oregano.
  2. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is deep golden-brown and the cheese is melted.

Notes

Let the stromboli rest for 10 minutes before slicing to keep the cheese inside.
Use a serrated knife for the cleanest slices through the meat layers.
