- Add the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, salt, and garlic powder (if using) to the blender. Pulse until just combined.
- Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it into a thin, even rectangle (about 10x12 inches).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is dry and the edges are golden brown. For a firmer texture, flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let the flatbread cool on the baking sheet for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
