- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Continue to stir until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese over the beef. Arrange the pepperoni slices and black olives on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella and all the parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
