  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Extra virgin preferred
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes Chopped, oil-packed
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Finely grated
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped

Method
 

Sauté Aromatics
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Build the Sauce
  1. Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce turns orange and thickens.
Finish the Dish
  1. Add rinsed cannellini beans to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes until beans are heated through and sauce is velvety.
  2. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, and extra parmesan.
