Ingredients

Dip Ingredients
  • 8 oz Full-fat Cream Cheese Softened to room temperature (225g)
  • 7 oz Marshmallow Fluff Or marshmallow creme (198g)
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract For aromatic depth (5ml)
  • 1 pinch Fine Sea Salt To balance the sweetness
  • 1 lb Fresh Strawberries Whole with green stems
  • 2 whole Red Gala Apples Sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Green Grapes Fresh and whole

Equipment

  • 1 Electric Hand Mixer Essential for creating soft peaks.
  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl To house the dip during whipping.
  • 1 Silicone Spatula For scraping and folding.

Method

Prepare the Base
  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 2 minutes until smooth and aerated.
  2. Add the marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract, and salt. Start the mixer on low to combine, then increase to high and whip for 3 minutes until thick white cream texture with soft peaks forms.
Plating and Serving
  1. Transfer the dip to a white ceramic bowl. Use a spoon to create smooth swirls and a well in the center.
  2. Place a single vibrant red strawberry in the center well. Arrange the remaining strawberries, sliced red gala apples, and green grapes around the bowl.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is fully room temperature to avoid lumps.
Use a paper towel to dry fruit thoroughly so the dip adheres perfectly.
