Prepare the Marinade
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and cracked black pepper until emulsified.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Grill the Chicken
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Place chicken on the heat and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving to develop dark char marks.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
