Preparation

- Pat the white chicken breast meat completely dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Coating
- Set up three bowls: Flour mixed with paprika/garlic powder, beaten eggs, and Panko mixed with melted butter.
- Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then press firmly into the Panko to create a thick, craggy, highly textured coating.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the exterior shows golden-brown toasted ridges and the interior reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and immediately scatter finely minced parsley over the stack of chicken pieces.
