Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Separate the 8 biscuits.
- On a lightly floured surface, press or roll each biscuit into a 3 to 4-inch circle.
- In the center of each dough circle, place 4 slices of pepperoni and one cube of mozzarella cheese.
- Bring the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching firmly to seal completely. Roll gently between your hands to form a smooth ball.
- Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the tops of the pizza bombs. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Tip 1: Ensure the bombs are sealed very well to prevent cheese from leaking during baking.
Tip 2: Do not overcrowd the baking sheet; leave space for the bombs to expand.
Tip 3: For an extra touch, sprinkle with a little grated Parmesan cheese before baking.
