  • 0.5 oz Orange Liqueur 15ml, e.g., Cointreau
  • 2 tbsp Granulated White Sugar 30g, for the rim
  • 1 slice Lemon Wheel Thinly sliced
  • 3 whole Fresh Red Raspberries Plump and textured

  • 1 Fine-Mesh Conical Strainer Essential for the double-strain technique.

Method
 

Prepare the Glass
  1. Moisten the rim of a chilled martini glass with a lemon wedge. Dip the rim into granulated white sugar on a flat plate, twisting to ensure a thick, precise coating.
Mix the Cocktail
  1. Combine vodka, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and orange liqueur in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the shaker is frosted.
  2. Pour the mixture through a Hawthorne strainer and a fine-mesh strainer into the prepared glass to ensure a translucent, pulp-free magenta liquid.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Float a thin lemon wheel on the surface. Cluster three fresh raspberries together on top of the lemon wheel. Serve immediately while condensation forms on the glass.
