Prepare the Potatoes

- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add onions and peppers, sautéing until softened.

Assemble and Bake
- Pipe potato bases and ridged walls onto a baking sheet. Spoon in beef filling.
- Top with cheese and smoked paprika. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 mins, then broil for 2 mins until charred.
