Preparation and Baking
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your white round ceramic baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and 1/2 cup of buffalo hot sauce until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken breast, 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly distributed.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into your ceramic baking dish. Top completely with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 22 minutes until the edges are aggressively bubbling and the cheese is completely melted.
- Turn the oven to broil for 2 to 3 minutes, watching closely, until a slightly browned cheese crust forms on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle with a subtle amount of extra buffalo sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onions and blue cheese crumbles. Serve warm with yellow corn tortilla chips and fresh celery sticks.
