Blending and Assembly
- Add the frozen acai packets, frozen banana, and almond milk to a high-speed blender. Blend on low speed, aggressively using the tamper to push the fruit into the blades.
- Increase speed to medium-high until the mixture forms a thick, deep magenta acai smoothie base with a glossy, rich texture. Do not over-blend.
- Scoop the thick base into a chilled rustic wooden bowl. Use a spoon to create gentle swirls on the surface.
- Tracing the left rim of the bowl, arrange a cascade of thinly sliced strawberries, a line of banana slices, a sprinkle of fresh blueberries, and a cluster of golden-brown granola.

Tip 1. Pre-slice all your toppings before blending so the bowl does not melt while you prepare the fruit.
