Ingredients
  

For the Wrap
  • 1 Large (10-inch) Tortilla whole wheat or spinach recommended
  • 3 tbsp Hummus classic, roasted red pepper, or garlic
  • 4 oz Sliced Deli Turkey low-sodium, oven-roasted or smoked
  • 1/2 cup Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 2 tbsp Red Onion thinly sliced

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Lay your tortilla on a flat surface. Spread the hummus evenly across the tortilla, leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.
  2. Layer the sliced turkey over the hummus. Top with the chopped romaine lettuce, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and thinly sliced red onion.
  3. Carefully fold in the left and right sides of the tortilla. Then, starting from the edge closest to you, roll the wrap up as tightly as possible.
  4. Slice the wrap in half on a diagonal and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in plastic wrap for later.

Notes

Layering Tip: The hummus acts as a moisture barrier. Ensure it's spread well to keep the tortilla from getting soggy, especially for meal prep.
