- Lay your tortilla on a flat surface. Spread the hummus evenly across the tortilla, leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.
- Layer the sliced turkey over the hummus. Top with the chopped romaine lettuce, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and thinly sliced red onion.
- Carefully fold in the left and right sides of the tortilla. Then, starting from the edge closest to you, roll the wrap up as tightly as possible.
- Slice the wrap in half on a diagonal and serve immediately, or wrap tightly in plastic wrap for later.
